You have a pretty good analysis of Bush's positions, something that isn't seen enough in the blogosphere. Still, I would make a couple of revisions:

1. IRAQ-- Led the United States into war with Iraq in 2003 without support from the United Nations (but now is groveling for UN support for stability). Handed over power to the Iraqi interim goverment on June 28 but plans to keep American troops there for as long as it takes to establish security (which could be forever, to hear Bush and Co. speak of it).

2. SAME-SEX MARRIAGE-- Opposes giving legal sanction to gay marriages. Proposed the Federal Marriage Amendment, which defines marriage as a union between one man and one woman.(wrong, wrong, wrong...Bush has gone too far with the religious right)

3. ABORTION-- Opposes abortion. Would allow exceptions in cases of incest, rape or threat of mother's life (flip-flop?). Signed the Partial Birth Abortion Ban Act of 2003 (PBA is a made-up and totally non-medical term coined by the religious right to stir emotions).

4. INTERNATIONAL TERRORISM-- Adopted a doctrine of pre-emption after the 9/11 attacks (a dangeous precedent to set worldwide). In 2001 he led the war in Afghanistan to end the rule of the Taliban regime and the al-Qaida network (and then virtually abandoned it). Considered the war in Iraq as part of the war on terrorism (which it wasn't, evidenced by his long-time desire to fight there predating 9/11). Has proposed an increase of $15.3 billion in defense spending to thwart terrorists (without saying where it will go or where we will get it).

5. HOMELAND SECURITY-- Has created numerous programs to increase domestic security, including the Department of Homeland Security (which he won't fully fund), the Terrorist Threat Integration Center and the Container Security Initiative (to increase port security, which is also woefully underfunded). Also passed the USA Patriot Act, which expanded the goverment's ability to gather private information and increases communication between intelligence branches and law enforcement (which should scare everybody, but unfortunately doesn't).

6. EDUCATION-- Created the No Child Left Behind Act, which increases accountability for educational quality in each state (and is a massive failure, based even on the conservative educators I know). Supports allowing parents to use vouchers to send their children to private schools (illegal and unethical). Wants to overhaul the early childhood program Head Start to require that by 2008 half its teachers will be college graduates (not a bad idea if he funds it).

7. BROADCAST INDECENCY-- Under the Bush administration the Federal Communications Commission has been significantly stricter in enforcing its broadcast indecency laws (a severe waste of time and resources when parents should just turn off the television if something offends their children--besides, it's unconstitutional as interpreted by the Supreme Court in the 1950s).

8. FAITH-BASED INITIATIVES-- Established the White House Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives to provide federal funding for faith-based organizations that provide services to the community. He has promised that goverment funding of these organizations will not impede on religious freedoms, including the ability to hire staff based on religion (a serious violation of church and state, as well as discriminatory; an obvious pandering to the religious right).

9. ECONOMY-- Claims that without his tax cuts, unemployment over the last four years would have been dramatically higher (the unemployment rate is still shockingly high, and that's not even counting the numbers no longer considered unemployed because they ran out of unemployment benefits). Plans to help train workers for higher-skilled jobs. Has vowed to cut the deficit in half (all the while running the biggest deficit in history!)

10. PERSONAL FAITH-- Raised an Episcopalian, Bush says his Christian faith was renewed in the 1980s after a personal crisis. He attends a Methodist Church.(This should be a personal thing--Matthew 6:5-6--instead of a mode of governance in a nation with no established religion).
